Galen’s first-ever warmup is available to you for free so you may enjoy it anywhere, any time.
Because it can be modified to your liking, it is open to everyone of every level.
Not only is this a great way to prep your body for class, but it’s also an incredible stand-alone workout.
Galen enjoys doing the warm-up 3-5 times per week in the mornings.
This will hopefully be the 1st of many iterations of warmups, cool downs & more!
